Robert Mayo, who has been with the firm for more than twenty years, is stepping into his new role as Associate Principal. While he admits that the promotion doesn’t change much for him, Robert’s deep experience and steady leadership continue to shape the firm’s direction. In addition to working on architectural projects, Robert also serves as the firm’s IT Director and plays a key role in supporting the technical infrastructure that keeps the team running efficiently, and his promotion further solidifies his importance as a firm leader. Though he doesn’t have a singular favorite thing about working here, his commitment to the firm’s success and his ability to consistently adapt to the firm’s changing needs are qualities that have made him a reliable and valued team member.
In his new role, Robert is ready to help move the firm forward by continuing to focus on operational improvements. He is consistently improving timelines and schedules for his clients, showcasing his commitment to delivering projects that meet high standards. Currently, Robert is working on projects for clients like TidalHealth, GW Medical Faculty Associates, WellSpan Health, and Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital.
