Bringing Outpatient Care to Western Ohio

The architectural design and the finished work...the touches that have been put in place are going to make you feel comfortable when you come here and well taken care of." - Linda Camp, Plastic Surgeon with SRMC

In Western Ohio, access to healthcare can be a challenge and local hospitals are overflowing. Salem Regional Medical Center predicted the future moving towards outpatient care and delivered a new surgery and outpatient center in Columbiana to bring comprehensive and compassionate care into the community.

A new 76,000 SF, three floor structure allows for access to low-cost, same day outpatient care across a variety of services lines. Walk-ins are welcome for mammograms and digital x-rays through the Advanced Radiology Center on the first floor.  In addition, advanced imaging services include 3T MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and DEXA scans.

On the second level, the Firestone Surgery Center provides same day outpatient surgeries utilizing advanced technologies and professional post-op care. While on the third level, the Firestone Infusion Center, offers both private and semi-private infusion spaces for IV therapies for chronic conditions.

The Immediate Care Services program through SRMC is being relocated to physician suites across both the first and third floors. These physician suite spaces will also house plastics and reconstructive surgery programs, and primary and specialty care practices including family medicine, ENT and pain management.
