Long-term care facility designed to promote the dignity, safety and independence of residents

The Grand Oaks Assisted Living Facility at Sibley Memorial Hospital, managed by Sunrise Assisted Living, Inc., is designed to help long-term residents maximize dignity, safety and independence.

The Reminiscence Neighborhood works to assist those with memory loss by creating a structured daily routine. Wilmot Sanz designed a 35-bed addition to the existing facility, including an expansion of the dining room. This new addition opened in July 2007.
