Patient-Focused Care

Located in historic Gettysburg, PA, this project consists of a two-story, 85,000-SF medical office building with parking for 300+ cars.

The owner, WellSpan Health System, is expanding their Patient-Focused-Care model with this latest addition to their off-campus health care network. The main floor houses a diagnostic imaging department with digital radiology, digital mammo, ultrasound, a mobile technology dock and shell space for a future CT and MRI.

A full-service oncology center, both medical and radiation, a laboratory, physical medicine and rehablitation suite and a full service retail pharmacy with a drive-up window are also located on the ground floor. A small café for patient and visitor use and a healing garden complement this level.

The second floor provides space for a 14-physician behavioral health services suite, a 22-exam-room shared neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology suite with space for visiting physicians, a six-bed sleep study center, space for a staff lounge and conference room and shell space for future expansion.
