New medical office building integrated into large urban healthcare campus

The new medical office building at Sibley Memorial Hospital greatly expands the healthcare options available to Sibley's patients.

Amenities include an outpatient surgery center, commercial pharmacy, optometrist and diagnostic center.

The project also includes a new 240-seat auditorium to replace the existing Ernst Auditorium.

Both the new medical office building and the parking garage were designed to integrate seamlessly into the existing medical campus, featuring a character consistent with pre-existing campus structures.
