New medical office building

The Ivy II Medical Arts Building was designed for Arnot Ogden Medical Center and is located in the Arnot Ogden healthcare campus.

Special care was given to the exterior and interior design, allowing it to blend into the medical community.

The building consists of 35,000 SF of medical office space. It houses tenant spaces for a dialysis clinic, wound care and physical therapy, including an exercise pool and general practice on the ground floor.
