Ambulatory care facility

This 60,000-SF medical office building is the first of three ambulatory care buildings master planned for the Howard County General Hospital site in Columbia, Maryland. The hospital is a member of the Johns Hopkins Health System.

The building houses private physician practices, outpatient rehabilitation services, an ambulatory surgery center, as well as hospital support departments such as human services, business and wellness programs.

Current medical specialist tenants include orthopedics, internal medicine, cardiology, MRI, podiatry, dermatology, laboratory, pharmacy and pediatrics.
